What happens on the free call?
We spend 30 minutes on your business: how you work today, what's getting in the way and what you'd like to improve. You'll leave with an honest view of what you need, and whether we're the right fit.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small and medium businesses in any industry, from offices of a few people to companies with several locations. See the industries we know best.
Can you take over our IT completely?
Yes. Our managed IT plans cover support, devices, accounts, security and licensing for a predictable monthly fee. We can also work alongside your existing IT person or team.
How do you price your work?
Ongoing support is a fixed monthly fee. Projects have a defined scope and, where possible, a fixed or capped price agreed before work begins.
We only need one thing fixed. Can you help?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with one problem, like Wi-Fi, a security setup or a single automation. There's no minimum commitment.
Do you work outside Hamilton?
Yes. We work on-site in the Hamilton area, and remotely with clients across Canada, the U.S. and Europe.
Will we own everything you set up?
Yes. Everything is set up in your own accounts and handed over with documentation. There's no lock-in.
